You were not the first home inspector I had look at the home. My agent suggested another home inspector to me. I was anxious from the first time I talked to him on the telephone and when I met him at the home he changed his pricing and said he would have to charge more. I told him to forget it. When I found your internet website and called you I could tell right away I was going to have a better experience. You were cheaper than he was and you stuck to the price you said. Plus you found some exterior issues that the other guy didn’t even find. So I’m sure you found things the other inspector would have missed. Thank you. Thank you for inspecting my home last week. My son has been coughing a lot lately and I’ve been noticing mold growing on the family room walls in the basement. We thought there was a problem but we didn’t know where to start. After your inspection we were surprised at all the different places water was getting in and how it was getting in. We are going to follow your recommendations and fix all the areas you told us about and then have the mold removed. Thank you very much.
